Paul has just recently started Wellis Hot Tubs of Colorado, but already his customer service is coming through loud and clear. I have a Wellis hot tub that had an issue with the cover. We recently purchased a Wellis spa and love it! We purchased from an outside dealer and needed service they wanted to charge us a fee to come fix some issues under warranty. I declined at the time. Today we went to the Greeley Home Expo and Wellis happened to have a display. I told them about me recent issues and they went above and beyond to set up an appointment to not only fix our issues, but help us drain and refill our spa!
